We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented professional with experience in designing high-quality building facades. Strong understanding of architectural principles, materials, and sustainable design practices is essential. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and oversee faade design projects from concept to completion. - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design integrity. - Conduct material research and analysis to optimize aesthetics and performance. - Develop shop drawings , fabrication drawings, material take off etc. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or related field. - Proven experience in faade design (7+ years preferred) - Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
