Windchill Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead solution architecture and design sessions with business stakeholders and SMEs.
• Analyze current business processes and data flows to define future-state PLM architecture.
• Develop and present PLM roadmaps and transformation strategies for large enterprises.
• Prepare technical solution proposals, project estimations, and architecture documentation.
• Provide hands-on development support for critical assignments as an individual contributor.
• Design and implement solutions involving Windchill customization, integration, migration, and upgrades.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Guide development teams, identify risks, and define mitigation strategies.
• Deliver internal training sessions and contribute to competency building initiatives.
• Experience with PTC FlexPLM, Navigate, ThingWorx, Integrity Lifecycle Management.
• Familiarity with product development methodologies like NPI/NPD.
