You will be responsible for mechanical maintenance at the Dharuhera work location. Your main responsibilities will include attending machine breakdowns, analyzing root causes of failures, and implementing corrective/preventive actions to achieve machine breakdown percentage targets. You will also need to implement preventive maintenance plans, countermeasure actions, and kaizen ideas to reduce manufacturing costs and consumable costs. Additionally, achieving MTTR & MTBF targets as per Hoshin goals, assessing and correcting machine abnormalities, and improving shop floor conditions by maintaining 5S and eliminating leakages will be part of your role. You should also conduct safety patrol rounds and have knowledge of TPM, 7QC tools, 5S, Why-why analysis, and problem-solving techniques.
