As an Insights Principal, you will lead research delivery initiatives to create impactful insights and intelligence content that empowers internal teams and client account groups. Your role will involve shaping roadmaps for talent-focused research and leveraging AMS enterprise data to drive alignment with the Insights & Intelligence vision. Key responsibilities include overseeing the analysis of market data, recruitment metrics, and industry trends to generate actionable insights, conducting research on competitors, locations, skillsets, and talent to support key client business goals, collaborating with Quality Assurance to ensure high-quality operational delivery, leading the research and presentation of ad hoc client-funded thematic insights reports, and providing tailored insights and recommendations to strengthen client relationships. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience, a strong understanding of Research Methodology, Data Analytics, Talent Acquisition, and RPO, expertise in Data Analysis, Insight, and Market Research Tools & Technology, a proven track record of conducting external market research, the ability to extract and analyze data into compelling insights, excellent presentation skills, and proficiency in clear and effective writing.
