Position 1: HOD Mechanical Maintenance(Sr Mgr/AGM) Position 2: AM to Manager(Second line Mechanical) Department : Mechanical Maintenance (Wire Division) Location : Palghar , Mh Industry : Steel Manufacturing (Rolling Mill Stainless Steel) Qualifications : Diploma / BE/B -Tech Additional Qualification : Auto Cad, Proven experience as Maintenance head Technical Knowledge of engineering Experience: Diploma with 15yrs +, BE/B-Tech with 10+yrs IT Skills: MS. Office, Outlook and familiarity with SAP systems Key Skills: Expertise in stainless steel quality standards and rolling process parameters. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in ISO documentation and audit processes. Leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and inter-departmental coordination. Job Purpose: The incumbent will be responsible for minimising M/C break down time. Key Responsibilities: Compliance to PM Plan Minimizing of MTTR and increase MTBF Adherence to shutdown planning Minimisation of M/C breakdown time Reducing of Inventory cost Audit and ensure compliance of the engineering data and records in systems Ensure routine calibration and maintenance service requirements of a equipments Root cause analysis and resolving of problems Updating production team on technical expertise safety stock management(Critical Items) Reduce Maintenance cost as well as consumable cost Ensure safety compliance of M/Cs Compliance of Statutory and legal compliance of equipment Improve quality of maintenance with the objective to save cost ISO documentation Initiative for new projects and execution TPM compliances
