Role & responsibilities 1. Vendor Management: Lead end- end to vendor base management and explore opportunities to expand the vendor base Assess vendor capacity and capability for scalability. Monitor vendor performance, quality, and delivery timelines. Vendor expansion: Identify potential new vendors, negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with vendors. Anticipate potential challenges or disruptions in vendor supply. Develop contingency plans to address shortages or delays. 2.
