Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Indismart Woodbourne Resort, Goa for a Wellness Manager at Indismart Group. The Wellness Manager will be responsible for overseeing health & wellness programs, managing customer service initiatives, promoting employee wellness, effective communication, and budgeting for wellness-related activities. Qualifications Health & Wellness, Employee Wellness, and Communication skills Customer Service and Budgeting skills Experience in developing and implementing wellness programs Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Certification in wellness coaching or related field is a plus Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Health Science, Psychology, or Wellness Management Show more Show less
