Job Opportunity for Application UX Tester - Software - Hyderabad Posted On 14th Jul 2016 12:42 PM Location Hyderabad Role / Position Application UX Tester Experience (required) 3 plus years Description Skills: Manual Testing, UI/UX testing ,Testing Tools , HTML and CSS , Bugzila , SQL Server , AJAX. : 3 to 5 years of experience in product testing, application deployment. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Experience in testing Web based application as well mobile based app testing Knowledge on Andriod, IOS based environments. Should be self-directed, team oriented, detail oriented, and be flexible in a very dynamic environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as exemplified by clear bug/issue explanations, test cases, documentation of knowledge, and effective intra- and intergroup communications. Experience in mobile app testing mandatory. Experience in API testing and Web application testing Converting requirements and user stories to test plans and cases, and determining priorities that are consistent with business goals and objectives. Planning, moderating, and documenting focus groups and remote or one-on-one usability sessions to obtain user preferences and feedback. Presenting findings and recommendations in a plan that drives future design improvements. Generating storyboard, wireframes, and prototypes as needed. Maintaining in-depth knowledge and understanding of different research methodologies and data analysis techniques in regards to usability. Participating in basic stress or performance testing targeting usability Required Skills / Knowledge: Knowledge of the core principles behind UI/UX testing and hands on experience in Manual Testing, Testing Tools. Knowledge of regulations/requirements surrounding usability. Demonstrated understanding of how the web works. HTML and CSS development and troubleshooting skills CSSExperience implementing Bootstrap or other CSS framework. Working knowledge of Mobile First and Responsive Design. JavaScriptExperience using/troubleshooting JQuery for Client Side interactions and AJAX calls. Experience with requirements gathering, generating technical specifications, and creating user documentation Having Good Knowledge in Bug Fixing and Bug Fixing Tools (Bugzila) and Bug Life Cycle Good Knowledge in SQL Server. Ability to screenshot, document, markup, and organize test results in a clear manner Basically, focus on clean documentation, excellent attention to detail, articulate communication, and organized thought patterns. Excellent Communication Skills (written and oral). Planning and prioritizing projects Notes: Focus more on written and oral communication skillsability to articulate experience issues in both informal as well as technical language.
