Website & UI/UX Designer

As a Website Designer at Insasoft Technologies, you will be responsible for creating custom website layouts, designing UI/UX for mobile applications, and ensuring the functionality and visual appeal of our digital platforms. Your role will involve collaborating with development and marketing teams to deliver high-quality designs that align with modern UI/UX best practices and contribute to the digital transformation of various industries. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Photoshop to create custom website layouts. - Transform approved designs into responsive HTML/CSS websites. - Design UI/UX screens for mobile applications on both Android and iOS platforms. - Update and enhance existing HTML-based websites as required. - Work closely with developers to implement and refine designs effectively. - Ensure all designs prioritize modern UI/UX best practices and are optimized for performance. - Maintain brand consistency and accessibility across all digital platforms. Requirements: - Demonstrated experience in web design and UI/UX design. - Strong portfolio showcasing custom website designs and mobile app screens. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or similar software. - Good understanding of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and basic JavaScript/jQuery. - Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles. - Ability to hand-code HTML/CSS and not solely rely on builders. - Familiarity with cross-browser compatibility and website optimization. - Basic knowledge of SEO principles is a plus. - Effective communication skills and the capacity to work independently or within a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge of Tailwind CSS, SCSS, or Webflow would be advantageous. - Experience in an agency or fast-paced work setting is beneficial. - Understanding of WordPress or any Content Management System (CMS) is a positive attribute.
