Job Description

  • Manage online sales platforms
  • (e.g., company website, e-commerce portals, marketplaces)
  • Generate leads and convert them through digital outreach (email, chat, social media)
  • Respond to customer inquiries via website forms, live chat, or email
  • Create and update product listings with accurate descriptions, pricing, and visuals
  • Track and analyze website traffic and sales data to optimize performance
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to run promotions and campaigns
  • Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer behavior and preferences
  • Ensure smooth order processing and coordinate with logistics and support teams
  • Monitor customer feedback and resolve complaints to improve satisfaction
  • Stay updated on digital trends and competitor strategies

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
  • US shift
