Website Designer and Developer

As an Ecommerce Website Developer, you will be responsible for using markup languages like HTML to create user-friendly web pages and maintaining and improving websites. Your role will involve optimizing applications for maximum speed, designing mobile-based features, and collaborating with back-end developers and web designers to enhance usability. Additionally, you will gather feedback from users and customers to develop solutions, write functional requirement documents and guides, and create quality mockups and prototypes. You will also assist back-end developers with coding and troubleshooting while ensuring high graphic standards and brand consistency. Staying up-to-date on emerging technologies will be crucial to excel in this role. The ideal candidate should have proven work experience as an Ecommerce Website Developer and hands-on experience with markup languages. Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, and jQuery is essential, along with familiarity in browser testing and debugging. Knowledge of WordPress is required for this position. This is a full-time, permanent job based in Kolkata, West Bengal. Candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work. A Higher Secondary (12th Pass) education is preferred, and relevant experience in WordPress, HTML5, and CSS for at least 1 year is desirable.,
