As a member of the Inflow team, you will be expected to have work experience in ICT distribution and/or System Integration companies with a focus on technical support. Holding a Palo Alto PCNSE certification is mandatory for this role. You should be well-versed in handling web, tele & email based remote support and be prepared to work in a flexible 24/7 rotational shift system. Your communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills should be top-notch, coupled with a customer-oriented approach and strong technical analysis & problem-solving abilities. Being a multitasker and a team player is essential in this position. Your key responsibilities will include understanding Palo Alto features & base configurations, verifying support contracts before accepting cases, analyzing client requirements or issues before sessions, collecting required error/system/traffic logs, capturing counters for issue identification at the packet level, retrieving and installing Firewall licenses, verifying resource utilization & counters from CLI for hardware-related cases, configuring Firewall HA, forwarding logs, scheduling email reports, importing and exporting firewall configurations, booting the firewall in maintenance mode for configuration restoration or factory reset, taking configuration backups before making changes, generating Tech Support files from the firewall, and referring to relevant KB or live community discussions for seamless troubleshooting.
