We are seeking a skilled and innovative Web & Logo Designer to become a valuable member of our expanding team in Bengaluru and craft exceptional websites utilizing the Odoo website builder. Your role will be pivotal in assisting our clients in establishing robust visual identities. This entails designing new websites, revamping existing ones, and crafting distinctive logos that effectively communicate a business's essence. Your responsibilities will include transforming wireframes and mockups into functional web designs, creating responsive and visually appealing websites, developing original logos and brand guidelines that resonate with client objectives and target audiences, staying informed about the latest web design trends and technologies, and optimizing web designs for performance, accessibility, and SEO. To qualify for this position, you should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Web Designer, a robust portfolio showcasing a variety of web design and logo design projects, proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Sketch, or similar applications for creating wireframes and mockups, familiarity with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) best practices, the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines, keen attention to detail, and a keen eye for aesthetics. Candidates should be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate in the near future. Desirable qualifications include a basic understanding of HTML & CSS, rudimentary knowledge of front-end development (JavaScript), a declaration of "I love Belgian Chocolate" in your introductory email, and experience with the open-source Odoo website builder.
