Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Liaise effectively with existing Wealth Relationship Managers

    within SBI to foster collaboration and identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct

    regular visits to SBI Wealth Branches

    , building strong relationships and liaising proactively with bank officials to drive joint initiatives.
  • Take primary responsibility for the

    acquisition of new Wealth clients

    , expanding the client base for Sbicap Securities.
  • Lead

    marketing efforts and provide comprehensive training to Wealth RMs

    on Demat and trading accounts, ensuring they are equipped to promote these services.
  • Oversee and manage the

    daily deliverable activities of the business

    , with a key focus on achieving established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and maintaining high standards of service quality.
  • Specific focus areas include driving

    Client Acquisitions & Activations

    .

Qualification:

  • Graduation is Mandatory.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in client acquisition or relationship management, preferably within the financial services or wealth management sector.
  • Strong understanding of Demat accounts, trading platforms, and capital markets.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with bank officials and clients.
  • Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Strong presentation, communication (verbal and written), and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
