Role & responsibilities • Manages a team of Wealth Relationship Managers • Leading, guiding and mentoring team of Banking Managers • Strategic planning and implementation to achieve business goals • Enhancing engagement of High Net Worth Customer through joint calls with RMs • Ensuring team focus and consistent delivery across all products as per defined vectors Balance-sheet, Contactibility, Investment & Insurance, Asset products, Trade Forex • Monitoring & reviewing Relationship Manager’s Portfolio quality and hygiene metrics • Achievement of Relationship Manager Targets • Effectively manage and motivate team • Hiring and retaining of competent team members • Portfolio analysis with RMs and alignment with client needs • Ensuring 360 client engagement – “Total Client Ownership” • Working closely with other Business Units, Regional level sales team and Branch Team to leverage Cross-sell opportunities • Ensuring adherence to Compliance processes and guidelines • Coordination with other departments to ensure an enabling work environment and infrastructure for the team • Performance evaluation of RM Team in consultation with other stakeholders

Role & responsibilities Dealing with HNI & Ultra HNI Clients . Cross Sell the products . Conduct daily sales calling with prospective new clients and identify their needs. Provide and develop solutions and suggest schemes to clients basis their requirements and goal. Conduct timely and regular follow ups with the leads and tag them on broadcasts and new articles. Increase client database by meeting new clients and taking references from the existing ones and hence build AUM and AUA for the branch. Review and diversify existing client portfolio on a regular basis and provide guidance accordingly. Achieve financial goals of the clients through various product line. Update and cross – sell products to existing clients and update them about the primary and secondary market trends. Update self-regarding all schemes, products and solutions by regularly attending trainings. Share regular communications with client regarding information, research and material of the organization. Conduct regular marketing activities with the regional marketing and product team by showcasing our products and features and generate leads. Preferred candidate profile
