We are looking to hire a passionate, experienced and goal oriented Business Development Manager Position Overview: We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Manager - Business Development/Client Acquisition to help expand our clientele and grow revenue. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development & client acquisition. Should have excellent communication skills, a passion for building network, client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings. Develop proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets. Monitor industry trends and provide insights to support strategic planning. Requirements: Preferably a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. 8-12 years of experience in business development, client acquisition in a staffing solutions environment. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, Instantly.ai / Lemlist, CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot or similar tools.
