Job Role: WCT is seeking a skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to support the SIP Retention platform and M365 Copilot platform. This role is ideal for someone passionate about live site excellence, automation, and platform support at scale. You will play a key role in ensuring service reliability, driving operational improvements, and supporting developer engagement across Microsoft 365. Responsibilities: Participate in Tier 2 live site rotations for SIP Retention, GC, and ESS services. Execute regular deployments, dataset onboarding, and regional expansions. Triage and mitigate Sev 3 ICMs and maintain/update Troubleshooting Guides (TSGs). Drive automation and tool improvements to enhance deployment and monitoring workflows. Contribute to documentation and lifecycle management of bugs for the M365 Copilot platform. Support internal and external developer communities through Stack Overflow and platform announcements. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new datasets and services. Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or software engineering roles. Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python, YAML pipelines). Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure. Familiarity with incident management systems (e.g., ICM) and live site practices. Experience supporting Microsoft 365 services or developer platforms. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, distributed environment. Responsibilities: Regional Owner for the Consumption Led Skilling, GTM Strategy, Stakeholder Engagement and secure commitment Own all the ops activities for the consumption led skilling Manage intake, triage, and execution of CLS requests from field teams and partners. Coordinate across GPS Skilling Leads, Solution Area experts, and Delivery teams to ensure timely deployment of skilling engagements Creation of presentation deck for Program execution and Status for the implementation of the skilling needs for the various engagement Maintain and optimize workflows using tools like the GPS Skilling OneApp and ServiceTree. Track and report on key metrics such as ACR influenced, project unblock rates, and learner impact Serve as the primary point of contact for field teams, partner delivery managers, and internal stakeholders. Facilitate alignment between proactive and reactive skilling motions, ensuring seamless handoffs and consistent communication Ensure all skilling engagements comply with Microsoft s SDL and TrIP security standards. Manage service tagging, entitlement lifecycle, and identity compliance in coordination with security and compliance teams Analyze feedback and operational data to refine skilling delivery models. Contribute to the evolution of CLS 2.0 by identifying gaps, proposing enhancements, and supporting tool integration efforts Required Qualifications: Total 8-14 yrs of IT experience 3 5 years of experience in project or program management, preferably in a tech or skilling environment. Familiarity with Microsoft s partner ecosystem, ACR metrics, and MCEM framework Proficiency in Power BI, ServiceTree, and Azure Entitlement Management. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills. Strong in creating presentation decks Proactive in driving engagement

Overview India Foods Business is expanding and greenfield projects are coming up In 2019, Greenfield project in Kosi was approved and the project kicked off in 2021. Seeing the complexity of these project, dedicated team is deployed on these projects which work end to end right from initial procurement thru getting the commercial production done While expansion in Kosi Project is ongoing, another greenfield project has got approved in Guwahati location in Eastern India and hence the ask on the resourcing This role will mainly handle day to day operational work by closely working with the Engineering team on the field and support the Project lead on all the Accounting and Governance related matters Responsibilities Business Partnering & Support - Operations/Backend Support Capitalization of assets with the detailed break-up enabling asset identification and verification at any point of time Report the project tracking & Project revenue tracking as per plan Provide support for Month end closure activities related to plant project Support in the periodic reviews of CWIP, Balance sheet and Controls checklist Perform MIS reporting to BU with various trackers as required by stake holders Ensure SOX Compliance for FA and anchor all other internal and external audit Ensure all statutory compliances wrt GST, TDS, WCT etc. and ensure good working relationship with key Govt. officials Ensure Assets are kept in a safe condition and proper up-keep of the same Drive Control Compliances Qualifications Experience in Financial Controls & Audits Experience of working in FMCG industry and Plant location preferred Require excellent communication skills
