We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Front-End Developer with extensive expertise in ReactJS and Next.js to lead the development of sophisticated, scalable, and high-performance web applications. You should excel in state management (e.g., Redux) and have the ability to deliver clean, modular, and maintainable code. In this role, your leadership experience will be crucial to mentor other developers, foster innovation, and collaborate with engineering teams for exceptional solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Architect, design, and implement front-end solutions using ReactJS and Next.js frameworks, ensuring technical quality and reliability. - Lead the development of complex UIs, optimizing for performance, responsiveness, and usability across devices and browsers. - Develop and maintain scalable state management systems (e.g., Redux, MobX, or Context API) for efficient handling of data flows. - Integrate APIs with the front end to enable seamless communication with backend services. - Mentor and lead a team of front-end developers, conduct code reviews, drive technical discussions, and ensure best practices. - Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality products. - Identify and resolve front-end performance bottlenecks to optimize speed and SEO. - Stay updated with industry trends and integrate new front-end technologies and frameworks when relevant. - Manage a component library or design system for a consistent look and feel across applications. - Own the front-end deployment pipeline, automating builds, tests, and deployments to enhance development speed and accuracy. Technical Requirements: - 6+ years of front-end development experience, with a focus on ReactJS and Next.js. - Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and CSS-in-JS frameworks. - Strong experience with SSR and SSG in Next.js for SEO-friendly applications. - Expertise in advanced state management and handling side-effects. - Understanding of component-based architecture and building reusable components. - Familiarity with GraphQL, RESTful APIs, and client-side asynchronous operations. - Experience in performance optimization techniques and testing frameworks for robust applications. - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and automation tools. - Expertise in CSS-in-JS frameworks and preprocessors. - Deep understanding of front-end security principles and accessibility standards. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. Leadership and Management Responsibilities: - Lead a front-end team, mentor and upskill junior and mid-level developers. - Influence architectural direction for scalability, maintainability, and performance. - Collaborate with backend engineers, product teams, and UI/UX designers for cohesive solutions. - Take ownership of front-end features from design to delivery and maintenance. - Communicate technical challenges and solutions effectively to stakeholders. - Drive technical innovations, introduce new technologies, and improve existing workflows. - Plan, estimate, and execute front-end development tasks within project deadlines. - Lead technical discussions on architecture, design patterns, and best practices. - Focus on problem-solving, results delivery, and improving developer productivity.
