This role involves cross-functional collaboration with engineering, sales, proposals, operations, and external partners. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Technical Oversight Provide technical guidance and support to the EI&C design team. Monitor performance and mentor junior team members across locations. Ensure compliance with international and industry standards in designs. Promote collaboration across engineering hubs and cross-disciplinary teams. Client & Project Interface Act as the primary contact for EI&C-related client communications. Lead discussions during client reviews, HAZOPs, and clarification meetings. Translate client needs into engineering solutions. Proposal & Design Support Review and interpret client specifications during proposal stages. Operational Support Provide troubleshooting support for existing plant operations. Capture lessons learned and relay feedback to the design team.
