Warranty incharge

• Oversee and manage the end-to-end warranty claims process, from the submission of claims to their resolution.
• Ensure that all claims are submitted accurately, with complete documentation, and within the stipulated timeframes.
• Work closely with the service team to ensure that all warranty repairs are completed in compliance with BMW’s standards and warranty guidelines.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding warranty issues, providing clear communication about claim status, approvals, and next steps.
• Address customer complaints related to warranty issues and ensure resolution in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure customers are kept informed about the progress of their warranty claims and are satisfied with the resolution process.
• Ensure that all warranty claims are documented accurately, including the nature of the fault, parts replaced, labor hours, and repair procedures.
• Maintain detailed records of warranty claims, approvals, rejections, and resolutions for future reference and audits.
• Prepare and submit regular reports to management on warranty claim trends, common issues, and cost analysis.
• Ensure that all warranty claims are processed according to BMW’s warranty policy, guidelines, and procedures.
• Monitor the warranty performance, including the quality of work and parts used in warranty repairs, and ensure compliance with BMW standards.
• Stay updated on changes to BMW’s warranty policies and ensure that the service team is well-informed.
• Ensure that the necessary parts and resources are available for warranty repairs and that they are sourced from authorized suppliers.
• Work closely with the parts department to ensure that the correct parts are used in warranty repairs and that parts are returned as needed for warranty claims.
• Oversee labor time tracking for warranty jobs and ensure that all labor hours are accounted for correctly.
• Coordinate with BMW’s warranty audit team to ensure compliance with warranty requirements and address any discrepancies.
• Conduct internal audits of warranty claims to ensure proper documentation and adherence to procedures.
• Identify recurring issues in warranty claims and work with the service team to address root causes, implementing corrective actions where needed.
• Provide training to the service team on warranty procedures, documentation requirements, and best practices for handling warranty claims.
• Ensure that all team members are up to date on warranty policies and any changes or updates to BMW’s guidelines.
• Foster a culture of accountability and customer satisfaction within the warranty team.
• Analyze warranty claim data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement in service quality and parts performance.
• Work closely with the service manager and other departments to streamline warranty processes and improve efficiency.
• Provide recommendations for improving customer satisfaction related to warranty issues and claims management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
