Ability to configure DBM related customizations independently. Knowledge on document types, Item Types, Item Categories, Split Management, Order Splits. Understanding of automotive dealership repair order process from customer gate-in to gate-out. SD skills to handle pricing and output management skills. Good understanding of Warranty Management (IS-A-WTY) Knowledge on Outgoing and Incoming Vendor Categories, Claim type configurations, Validation and Substitution Rules. Knowledge on systems integration through idocs. Knowledge on warranty categories, Recalls and Marketing Campaigns. Knowledge on pricing routines
