We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations and ensure efficient inventory handling, order fulfillment, and team management. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, organizational abilities, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.
Monitor team performance and provide guidance, training, and motivation to warehouse staff.
Ensure accurate inventory control and participate in regular inventory audits.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams to meet operational goals and deadlines.
Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and workflows.
Oversee maintenance and operation of warehouse equipment.
Prepare reports on productivity, inventory levels, and issues as needed.
Assist in recruitment and performance evaluation of warehouse personnel.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role.
