As a Fashion Consultant/Senior Fashion Consultant at OGAAN, you will play a crucial role in upholding our luxury brand's dedication to providing personalized style advice, expert fashion guidance, and exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibility involves ensuring that each customer enjoys a bespoke and memorable shopping experience tailored to their individual preferences. Your key responsibilities will include building and nurturing strong relationships with high-end clients, understanding their fashion inclinations, and offering personalized advice based on the latest designer collections. It is essential to possess a deep understanding of current fashion trends, designers, and product details to provide accurate recommendations to clients. Collaborating with customers to curate unique outfits, suggest matching accessories, and deliver personalized style guidance will also be part of your role. Achieving and surpassing sales targets, while simultaneously ensuring a delightful shopping experience for customers, is a key aspect of your responsibilities. Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and consistently exceeding customer expectations through outstanding service are integral to the role. Additionally, contributing to the store's aesthetic appeal through meticulous visual merchandising and maintaining an inviting shopping environment is crucial. Monitoring and managing inventory levels, identifying restocking needs, and providing valuable insights for inventory control will be part of your duties. It is essential to maintain and update client profiles, sales records, and other relevant data using Excel for effective reporting. To excel in this role, you must have a profound passion for fashion, a comprehensive understanding of luxury brands and designers, and prior experience in a similar position within the luxury multi-designer retail sector. Exceptional communication skills, fluency in English, strong sales acumen, and a warm, welcoming personality are essential qualities. Proficiency in Excel for data management and reporting, confidence in interacting with high-end clients, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and strong interpersonal skills are also required.
