Job Title: Restaurant Steward. Location: Hennur, Bangalore Restaurant Type: Fine Dining – Mediterranean, Japanese & Thai Cuisine Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years Joining: Immediate / As per notice period Job Summary: We are hiring experienced and energetic Restaurant Stewards for our soon-to-open fine dining restaurant, specializing in Mediterranean, Japanese, and Thai cuisines, located in Hennur, Bangalore. We are seeking individuals who are presentable, honest, hardworking, and possess a positive attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest service. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests courteously and professionally. Present menus, explain dishes, and take accurate food & beverage orders. Serve food and drinks as per fine dining standards. Ensure tables are clean, well-set, and maintained throughout service. Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow. Handle guest queries and feedback promptly and politely. Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times. Support the team in daily pre-opening and closing tasks. Maintain a professional appearance and behavior throughout the shift. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Steward/Waiter in a fine dining or premium restaurant. Well-groomed and presentable with excellent communication skills. Energetic, positive, and customer-focused approach. Should be honest, disciplined, and hardworking. Basic knowledge of Mediterranean, Japanese, or Thai cuisine is an added advantage. Willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry. Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
