We are seeking a skilled Kore.ai Developer with 25 years of experience to design, develop, and deploy intelligent virtual assistants (IVAs) and chatbots using the Kore.ai platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building conversational flows, integrating APIs, and applying NLP techniques to deliver seamless and effective user interactions. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop conversational bots using the Kore.ai Bot Builder platform. Implement NLP/NLU models , dialog flows, and custom scripting. Integrate bots with third-party services via REST APIs , webhooks, and databases. Create and manage bot tasks, nodes, and dialogs , including event handling and scripting. Perform unit testing, UAT, and deploy bots in development and production environments. Troubleshoot and optimize bots for performance, accuracy, and user experience. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and backend developers to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions. Create and maintain technical documentation related to bot development and deployment. Stay updated on the latest Kore.ai features, tools, and best practices. Required Skills: 2–5 years of experience in Conversational AI or bot development . Strong proficiency with the Kore.ai platform (Bot Builder, NLP Console, Dialog Tasks, etc.). Good knowledge of JavaScript , Node.js , or equivalent scripting languages used within the Kore.ai environment. Experience working with APIs , JSON, and data integrations. Familiarity with AI/ML concepts , especially related to intent classification and entity extraction. Experience in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus. Understanding of version control systems like Git. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Kore.ai Platform Certification (Developer or Advanced Developer) Exposure to RPA tools , CRM integrations , or voice bots is an added advantage. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Trello. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Role- Chat Bot Developer Experience- (3-5 ) years Technical Skills Needed: Conversational AI Platforms : Expertise in platforms like Yellow.ai, Rasa, Dialogflow CX/ES, Cognigy, Kore.ai, and Microsoft Bot Framework. Custom Flow Design : Building dynamic bot flows, NLP tuning, fallback handling, and multi-language support. Channel Integrations : Integration across Web, WhatsApp, Facebook, Voice (Google Dialogflow, Amazon Lex). Scripting : Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, or Python for creating custom logic and dynamic responses. NLP Expertise : Intent/entity recognition, NER, slot-filling, dialogue state management, and conversation memory. Generative AI (LLM) : Experience with OpenAI GPT, Claude, Cohere integration and prompt engineering (zero-shot, few-shot). Voice Bot Development : STT/TTS integration, voice-optimized dialogues, and voice bot platform experience. API & Backend : Experience with RESTful APIs , webhooks , event-driven architecture. Zendesk Experience : Prior experience with Zendesk (Support, ZIS, or Ticketing API) for bot-to-agent handoff, ticket routing, and integrations would be a plus.

We're looking for an experienced AI/ML Technical Lead to architect and drive the development of our intelligent conversation engine. Youll lead model selection, integration, training workflows (RAG/fine-tuning), and scalable deployment of natural language and voice AI components. This is a foundational hire for a technically ambitious platform. Key Responsibilities AI System Architecture: Design the architecture of the AI-powered agent including LLM-based conversation workflows, voice bots, and follow-up orchestration. Model Integration & Prompt Engineering: Leverage APIs from OpenAI, Anthropic, or deploy open models (e.g., LLaMA 3, Mistral). Implement effective prompt strategies and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines for contextual responses. Data Pipelines & Knowledge Management: Build secure data pipelines to ingest, embed, and serve tenant-specific knowledge bases (FAQs, scripts, product docs) using vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate). Voice & Text Interfaces: Implement and optimize multimodal agents (text + voice) using ASR (e.g., Whisper), TTS (e.g., Polly), and NLP for automated qualification and call handling. Conversational Flow Orchestration: Design dynamic, stateful conversations that can take actions (e.g., book meetings, update CRM records) using tools like LangChain, Temporal, or n8n. Platform Scalability: Ensure models and agent workflows scale across tenants with strong data isolation, caching, and secure API access. Lead a Cross-Functional Team: Collaborate with backend, frontend, and DevOps engineers to ship intelligent, production-ready features. Monitoring & Feedback Loops: Define and monitor conversation analytics (drop-offs, booking rates, escalation triggers), and create pipelines to improve AI quality continuously. Qualifications Must-Haves: 5+ years of experience in ML/AI, with at least 2 years leading conversational AI or LLM projects. Strong background in NLP, dialog systems, or voice AI preferably with production experience. Experience with OpenAI, or open-source LLMs (e.g. LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon) and orchestration tools (LangChain, etc.). Proficiency with Python and ML frameworks (Hugging Face, PyTorch, TensorFlow). Experience deploying RAG pipelines, vector DBs (e.g. Pinecone, Weaviate), and managing LLM-agent logic. Familiarity with voice processing (ASR, TTS, IVR design). Solid understanding of API-based integration and microservices. Deep care for data privacy, multi-tenancy security, and ethical AI practices. Nice-to-Haves: Experience with CRM ecosystems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) and how AI agents sync actions to CRMs. Knowledge of sales pipelines and marketing automation tools. Exposure to calendar integrations (Google Calendar API, Microsoft Graph). Knowledge of Twilio APIs (SMS, Voice, WhatsApp) and channel orchestration logic.
