We are urgently hiring Customer Support Executives for a prestigious US Banking Voice Process. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a globally renowned financial client, providing customer service support via voice (inbound/outbound) process.

Key Details:

Start Date: Immediate Joining
Work Days: 5 Days a Week (2 Rotational Offs)Shift: Rotational Shifts (Night Shifts)Selection Process: AMCAT, HR, VNA, Operations Round

Eligibility Criteria

•  Minimum HSC or Graduate from any strea

  m

• At least 1 year of voice process experience (international/domestic)

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English

• No compliance issues (Mandatory to qualify for retention bonus)

Salary Package:

• Base Salary: Up to 35,000
• Additional Allowance: 3,500

Attractive Retention Bonus (July 1st Nov 30th):

• 50,000 for the first 6 months
•  50,000 for the next 6 months
•  Or 1,30,000 lump sum after completing 1 year
