You will be joining GMG Technotrades Private Limited as a VMC Programmer. Your primary responsibility will involve programming and operating Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) to generate high-quality components as per the specified requirements. Your key responsibilities will include programming and setting up VMC machines for production runs, overseeing machine operations to ensure efficiency and quality, conducting routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks on VMC equipment, collaborating with engineering and production teams to enhance processes, maintaining accurate production and machine performance records, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. To qualify for this role, you should hold an ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in VMC programming and operation. Additionally, you should possess knowledge of CNC/VMC machining processes, the ability to work both independently and in a team, and a readiness to work flexible hours when required. Your skill set should include proficiency in G-code and M-code programming, hands-on experience with VMC operations, familiarity with CAD/CAM software, the capability to interpret technical drawings, strong problem-solving abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.,
