Job Description

The Visual Designer (ViD) role involves creating the visual presentation of a product's user interface (UI) by designing layout, color choices, typography, iconography, and other graphical elements to enhance aesthetic appeal, usability, and brand alignment. As a practitioner of User Experience, you will develop compelling visual concepts, layouts, and designs for digital artworks, presentations, email campaigns, and newsletters. Additionally, you will create innovative motion videos and visualizations while collaborating with stakeholders to execute project goals and deliver creative solutions. You will also be responsible for producing video content, including editing, to enhance storytelling and maintain consistency with brand guidelines. Continuously experimenting with new design trends, tools, and technologies is essential to push the boundaries of visual storytelling. Key Skills and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or a related field with 6+ years of experience in a creative visualization or motion design role. - Experience in designing PowerPoint presentations and digital banners is highly desirable. - High level of integrity due to handling highly restricted documents. - Proven experience in motion graphics, video production, and editing using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other industry-standard tools. - Good knowledge of color theory, typography, layout, and visual composition. - Proficiency in 3D modeling and animation software (Blender, Autodesk Maya, 3D Max) is a plus. Desirable Skills: - Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. - Experience in storyboarding and working with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute creative briefs.
