Visual Designer

Key Responsibilities

Design and development of brand collaterals, campaigns, and digital assets

Translate brand strategy into compelling visual storytelling across platforms

Own the design process end-to-end: from concept to execution to delivery

Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align creative

direction with business goals

Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability

Mentor and provide feedback to interns

Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices

Qualifications

2-4 years of professional experience in brand, visual, or graphic design (agency

preferred)

Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, digital campaigns, and creative

problem-solving

Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) and familiarity with

motion/UX/UI is a plus

Ability to think strategically about brand expression while executing pixel-perfect

visuals

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design

decisions

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
