Visa Specialist

Primary Responsibilities Provides Visa services to Genpact (Gurgaon& Noida Office). Good Knowledge of all visa categories, such as business and work visas. Strong communication skills. Acts as a trusted Visa resource by providing complete and accurate visa information to the client. First level – Creating Visa PNR and checking Invoice. Maintain Good relationships with vendors and Branches. Handling Visa queries of VIP travellers. Works under moderate supervision. Escalates more complex problems to more experienced staff. Assignments include both routine and non-routine work Qualifications Ø Experience 5+ years of experience working in a visa service environment Ø Languages English fluent Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ø Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs). Good visa knowledge of all categories- business, work, and tourist.
