Provide students with options regarding available programs. Learn the portal and application protocols. Handle new student inquiries and maintain regular follow-ups. Strong English communication skills are required for emails and interactions. Ensure complete queries or notes for prompt application submission. Collect necessary documents and process applications. Organize and arrange student files. Maintain discipline and punctuality. Follow up with applicants regularly. Adapt to workload variations efficiently. Inform applicants about scholarships, free applications, or available discounts. Update students on open programs or new opportunities. Encourage registration and notify the reception accordingly. Create student banners and manage advertisements.
