We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Visa Counselor to join our team. The Visa Counselor will be responsible for guiding clients through the visa application process for various countries, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Key Responsibilities: Counsel clients regarding tourist, business, and student visa requirements and eligibility. Guide clients through the visa application process, including documentation and form-filling. Review and verify all documents as per embassy/consulate requirements. Stay updated on the latest visa regulations and procedures. Coordinate with clients, embassies, and travel partners as needed. Maintain accurate records of all applications and follow up with clients as required. Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service. Qualifications: Graduate (any discipline) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good organizational and time management abilities Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, internet) Prior experience in visa counseling or the travel industry is an advantage
