Job description

• Ensuring timely all visa applications process.
• Verifying required information provided along with visa applications.
• Informing applicants of any issues with their visa applications.
• Responded to in-person and phone inquiries.
• Process applications for visas.

Candidate Skills:

• Well-versed with VISA knowledge & filling process for different countries.
• Good English speaking, writing, reading.
• Ready to work extra time in the season period.
• Problem solving skills, handling Clients.

Responsibilities:

• Attending inquiries for any countries' visa assistance (source - email, call or walk in)
• Solving visa related queries
• Preparing the documentation for further processing
• Coordinating with the operations and keeping the client updated on the visa status
• Research on the latest updates of visas
• Dealing with disciplinary matters and customer complaints & responsibilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
