Designation-VA/SMM Shift-Night We are seeking a creative, strategic, and highly organized Social Media Manager to oversee and elevate our brand presence across all major platforms. You will be responsible for content planning, community engagement, analytics tracking, and running targeted ad campaigns. This role requires a passion for storytelling, an eye for design, and a deep understanding of social media trends and algorithms. Responsibilities Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals. Manage content calendars and schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter. Create, curate, and repurpose content (graphics, captions, reels, stories) that engages and grows our audience. Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers in a timely manner. Analyze key metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance. Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams for campaign alignment. Run paid social ad campaigns and track ROI. Skills/Competencies Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills. Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later. Strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, and platform algorithms. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Other specifications, if any. (Safety hazards, etc.) We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who is fluent in English and excels at multitasking. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, resourceful, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks ranging from administrative work to customer service and calendar coordination. Responsibilities: Manage emails, calendar scheduling, and appointment setting. Conduct internet research, data entry, and spreadsheet management. Handle client communication, follow-ups, and support tasks. Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and prepare reports or summaries. Assist in social media posting, content uploads, or light marketing tasks. Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as needed. Requirements: Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar), Zoom, and task management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp). High level of discretion and professionalism. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
