Job Responsibilities for SAP SF Compensation & Variable Pay Module:- Minimum 4 End to End implementations experience in SF Compensation and Variable Pay. Should know all parts of Compensation and Variable Pay module, including compensation statements. Good understanding of global compensation templates. Should be able to understand formula on Compensation worksheets. Understand how update forms work. Understand the different backend tables that are involved in Variable Pay module, goals, weights etc. Understand how to configure XSL needed for custom compensation statements. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HRIS implementation. Understand and build Story Reports as needed for Compensation and Variable Pay module. Job Responsibilities for RCM & Onboarding/Offboarding Module:- Minimum 4 End to End implementations experience in SF RCM Onboarding module. Hands on experience on the following: RCM Data Models customization Creating tiles, Designing & Mapping pdf forms Creating Job Requisitions, Candidate Profile, Job Application, Offer templates and Configuring New Hire Activities. On/Offboarding Configuration Good understanding of the recruiting processes and a strong know how of the SF RCM Solution. Experience in translating Client business rules to Technical business requirements. Experience in Integrating SF RCM with recruiting sites like LinkedIn, Naukri, any other job portals. Experience in integration of the modules RCM – ONB – EC. Strong knowledge in configuring Position Management (EC) and integrating it with RCM. Must have: Active/valid certification in the specific related module. 4 years relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors in your own specific modules for the above mentioned openings. Bachelors degree is must or a Masters degree in HR domain would be a nice to have.
