Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Video Editor at Coldwell Banker Value Add Realty in Bengaluru. The Video Editor will be responsible for day-to-day tasks, including video editing, color grading, basic motion graphics, and creating creatives and thumbnails for video content as well as social media.

Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month, Looking for an experienced candidate only (minimum 2yrs)

Qualifications

• Experience in Video Editing skills, Video Color Grading and Motion Graphics
• Proficient in Video Editing, Color Grading, and Basic Motion Graphics
• Ability to create Flyer, Brochure, Thumbnails, Creatives for social media platforms
• Strong knowledge of video editing software and tools ( Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Solid understanding of visual storytelling and composition
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus, but not mandatory
• Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Portfolio showcasing video editing and motion graphics skills
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and techniques
• Must be creative to enhance digital marketing efforts
