Role & responsibilities Create engaging short-form social media content (1560s) optimized for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts Edit and polish long-form lecture videos: sync audio, color-grade, add lower-thirds and transitions Design and animate motion graphics (intros, outros, text overlays) to enhance visual storytelling Develop attention-grabbing thumbnails in Photoshop, maintaining ClassPe brand guidelines Collaborate with subject-matter experts and the marketing team to align creative vision with learning objectives Manage multiple projects concurrently, adhering to tight deadlines and version-control best practices Organize, archive, and maintain media assets and project files for efficient retrieval Proactively suggest creative improvements based on performance metrics and audience feedback Preferred candidate profile Demonstrates a growth mindset: proactively learns new tools, seeks feedback, and iterates to improve Deadline-driven: thrives under pressure, delivers high-quality work on schedule Strong storytelling sense and visual aesthetics tailored to student engagement Excellent communication skills: able to interpret feedback and articulate creative choices Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and willingness to mentor juniors Experience* • 36 years of professional video-editing experience, preferably in education, e-learning, or digital marketing • Proven track record editing both long-form (5–60 min) and short-form (15–60 s) content Location of Posting ClassPe Office, Baner, Pune Location of Candidate On-site in Pune (Baner)
