About the Role We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to promote a range of pharmaceutical products across Chandigarh. You will meet doctors, chemists, and distributors, grow prescriptions, and achieve monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities Doctor & Chemist Visits: Call on doctors, clinics, and pharmacies daily to detail products and secure orders. Product Promotion: Explain indications, dosage, and benefits; distribute samples and marketing material. Sales Targets: Achieve monthly revenue and coverage goals for assigned territory. Market Intelligence: Track competitor activity, pricing, and new launches; share insights with the team. Reporting: Maintain call records, sample issuance, and daily sales reports. Collections: Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections. Requirements Requirements Experience 6 months – 2 years in pharma field sales / medical representative role Education Graduate in Science, Pharmacy, or any discipline (B.Sc/B.Pharm preferred) Skills Good communication & negotiation, basic MS Excel/WhatsApp reporting Other Own two-wheeler with valid licence; sound knowledge of Chandigarh geography; fluency in Hindi & basic English Benefits Benefits Fixed salary ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month Performance incentives on target achievement Daily travel allowance + mobile reimbursement Product and soft-skill training with certification Supportive work environment and clear growth path to Area Sales Executive Graduate
