Vial Filing Operator

The Vial Filling Operator role involves ensuring the safe and efficient operation of machinery utilized to fill vials with liquids or powders within the pharmaceutical industry. Your responsibilities will include setting up, adjusting, and maintaining the filling machines, monitoring the filling process, and conducting quality control checks to uphold product integrity. Your primary tasks will revolve around operating and monitoring vial filling machines, making necessary adjustments for various product formulations and container sizes. It will be crucial to monitor the filling process closely to guarantee accurate fill volumes, prevent overfilling or underfilling, and ensure the maintenance of proper machine settings. Quality control will be a key aspect of your role, necessitating visual inspections of filled vials, defect checks, and in-process quality assessments in adherence to established procedures. Additionally, you will be expected to perform routine maintenance activities like cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs on the equipment. For more complex issues, coordination with maintenance personnel will be required. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a BSc or Pharma qualification and possess 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
