The Versant Trainer is responsible for delivering effective training on the Versant language assessment platform, aimed at improving language proficiency and communication skills among learners. This role involves conducting training sessions, developing educational materials, providing ongoing support, and collaborating with teams to integrate Versant assessments into broader training programs. Key Responsibilities: Conduct training sessions to educate learners on the Versant assessment tools and methodologies. Develop and customize training materials and curriculum to meet specific learner needs. Support learners throughout the assessment process, addressing questions and challenges. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements based on feedback. Collaborate with HR and training teams to incorporate Versant assessments into existing training frameworks. Stay current with advancements in language assessment and instructional strategies. Job Responsibilities: 1. Conduct Training Sessions: Deliver engaging training sessions on the Versant language assessment platform. 2. Develop Training Materials: Create and customize instructional resources and curriculum tailored to learners' needs. 3. Provide Learner Support: Offer guidance and assistance to trainees throughout the assessment process. 4. Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Assess the impact of training programs and gather feedback for continuous improvement. 5.
