Vendor Management: -Making Staffing Solutions, Planning, Executing and onboarding the candidates on Demand across all locations in India -Manage end to end staffing as a SPOC connecting with all the Partner's/Vendors/Consultancy to make effective staffing as per the Client needs -Ensure Quality of vendor profiles to achieve the required selection ratio -Addressing to queries of vendor, wrt Process guidance,requirement clarification technically as well as functionally. -Maximize the Deployment Numbers by utilizing bench of Vendors. -Takes care of Salary/Rate negotiations,complete the appropriate paperwork and background verification of the selected candidates. -Scheduling the meeetings particularly in situations requiring immediate and/or one-on-one interactions with vendors and Business leaders. -Responsible for Performance, business outcomes and company goals defined with Vendor Management
