They are hands-on with security tools like VDR, SDR, firewalls , and familiar with AI-led cybersecurity solutions . They have practical experience in: Drafting, upgrading, and simulating security playbooks Performing root cause analysis of incidents Identifying security gaps and implementing mitigation strategies Balancing compliance, risk, and operational needs in a complex tech landscape Must-haves: ? Strong network security background ? Experience in chemical/pharma/manufacturing industries ? Ability to lead InfoSec processes, governance, and audits ? Familiarity with both IT and OT security concepts ? Excellent analytical and incident response skills Nice-to-haves: ? Exposure to Operational Technology (OT) security ? Industry certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, etc.) This individual is not only a problem-solver but also a forward-thinking advisor to business teams, capable of influencing both strategy and execution across functions.
