Rama Super Speciality Hospital is looking for Neurosurgeon to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Diagnose and treat disorders of the brain, spine, and nervous system that require surgical intervention, including tumors, trauma, vascular disorders, and degenerative diseases Perform complex neurosurgical procedures such as craniotomies, spinal surgeries, and minimally invasive techniques with precision and care Evaluate diagnostic imaging results (MRI, CT, angiograms) and collaborate with neurologists and radiologists to develop surgical plans Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, including patient education, recovery monitoring, and pain management Lead surgical teams and coordinate with anesthesiologists, nurses, and other specialists to ensure optimal surgical outcomes

Summary of the role: Performing all aspects of the dialysis procedures as per prescription. To be involved in day to day patient management. Before starting dialysis: Assess hemodynamic status, indication of dialysis, vascular access and any comorbid illness. During Dialysis: Overall direct monitoring including dialysis prescription, care of vascular access, adequacy of flow, complications and maintain liaison with and follow instructions of the Nephrologist Following instructions of the Dialysis Doctors Conveying to the dialysis doctor any new event/change in patient status and recommending changes in the treatment based on the current needs of the patient Maintain and Supervise Dialyzer reprocessing. Entry and maintenance of records of all patients and produce them for medical auditing. Disinfect Hemodialysis machines as per required rooms Checking the patients vital signs and talking with them to assess their condition. Responsible for driving revenue and profitability goals of a region across all customer segments Identify, develop & manage different channels of business (distributors & direct sales) in the area. Responsible for developing, monitoring sales activities, and implementing corrective actions to achieve targets. Work closely with Key Account team & explore new accounts/business opportunities to build Polymed 'customer pool Identify market development opportunities and increase unit growth, profitability, and category share for assigned customers. To build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Coordination with purchase authorities and distributor/dealer for ensuring supply and liquidation of products. Desired Candidate Profile Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Goal-oriented, organized team player Strong business acumen, with the ability to handle price negotiation and discussion. Should be good at building relationships with internal and external customers (Doctors/ KOLS/ Paramedical staff / Purchase / Distributors/ Dealers / Peers and Superiors).
