About The Role We are looking for a results-driven and proactive Business Development Manager with 2+ years of experience in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships to drive business growth. Key Responsibility Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT services (Web/Mobile App Development, SaaS, etc.). Generate leads via Upwork, LinkedIn, Clutch, email campaigns, and other B2B platforms. Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and quotations. Conduct meetings and demos with international and domestic clients. Collaborate with technical and project teams to align proposals with client requirements. Maintain a pipeline of prospects and manage the sales CRM efficiently. Participate in contract negotiations and closure of deals. Track market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to refine strategy. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. 2+ years of proven experience in B2B IT sales or business development. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Familiarity with CRM tools and proposal platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Upwork, etc.). Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and IT service models. Strong understanding of sales metrics and KPIs
