Monitoring delinquent cases of branches and providing training sessions on gold loan valuation to branch staff for general awareness will also be part of your duties. It is essential to conduct customer reference checks with sincerity and maturity while maintaining confidentiality of client information and company policies. You must avoid any direct or indirect interests in transactions to maintain integrity. Moreover, you will be expected to assist branches in sourcing CASA business and safeguard company assets provided for fulfilling job responsibilities. A clear and honest approach in all dealings is vital, and you should refrain from sharing any information with competitors. Your educational qualifications should include a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Computer Applications, Commerce, or Business Administration. A Master's degree in Business Administration or Post Graduate Diploma in Management is preferred.
