Screening and Shortlisting: - Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates. - Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. 4. Candidate Engagement: - Build relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process. - Provide timely feedback and keep candidates informed about their application status. 5. Interview Coordination: - Schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates. - Facilitate interviews and gather feedback from interviewers. 6. Candidate Assessment: - Conduct assessments (e.g., technical assessments, skill-based tests) as required. - Evaluate candidates based on interview performance and skills. 7. Collaborate with Hiring Managers: - Understand the hiring requirements and expectations of each role. - Provide hiring managers with shortlisted candidates and support them in the selection process. 8.
