Strong understanding of the Data Protection (Back-up & Recovery, BCP DR, Storage Replication, Database Native Replications, Data Archival & Retention) for application workloads such as MS SQL, Exchange, Oracle, VMware, Hyper-V, azure, AWS etc. Extremely good hands-on experience with Standalone and Clustered UNIX (AIX/Solaris/HPUX/RHEL/etc.) and windows platform.
