RELEVANT EXPERIENCE Having 3-7+ years of experience in Automotive ECU development Hands on experience in HW Circuit design and development (Automotive ECU) Schematic, Design justification, circuit simulation, worst case analysis, Derating, thermal analysis and component selection. Design Failure mode effect analysis (DFMEA), FTA Strong Technical Knowledge in small signal electronics (analog and digital) (Opamp, MOSFET, BJT) knowledge on automotive electronics technology, test standards and processes Hands-on with Automotive ECU components selection and validation, Power supply topologies - Linear, LDOs, DC-DC switching power supplies (Buck, Boost, Buck-Boost) Micro controllers and Digital circuit boards with communication protocols I2C, SPI, LIN, CAN Memory Interfaces: EEPROM, Flash and DDR memories EMI/EMC design guidelines and knowledge on Environmental Reliability test. Hands-on with complete Automotive ECU validation/development preferred. Knowledge on components obsolescence/shortage analysis Tools: Orcad cadence, Pspice simulation, LTspice, PCB design entry.
