Profile: UX And UI Designer Experience: 3 Years Location: Noida Sector - 62 Key Responsibilities: 1.User Research: Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, usability tests, and data analysis to identify user needs, behaviors, and pain points. 2. Information Architecture: Design user flows, site maps, and navigation structures that are intuitive and easy to understand. 3. Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to visualize design concepts and interactions. 4. Usability Testing: Plan, conduct, and analyze usability testing sessions to gather user feedback and identify areas for improvement. 5. Collaboration: Work closely with UI designers, product managers, and developers to turn research insights into actionable design solutions. 6. User-Centered Design: Advocate for the users needs and ensure that user-centered design principles are integrated into all aspects of the product. 7. Continuous Iteration: Refine and iterate on design concepts based on feedback from stakeholders, users, and testing results. 8. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed design documentation, including personas, user journeys, and design specifications. 9. Cross-Platform Consistency: Ensure that designs are consistent across platforms (mobile, web, desktop) and that the user experience is seamless. 10. Stay Informed: Keep up with the latest trends and best practices in UX design and usability . Skills & Qualifications: 1. Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role, with a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to solve complex design challenges and deliver user-centric solutions. 2. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Invision, or similar. 3. Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing user data to drive design decisions. 4. Strong knowledge of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design. 5. Ability to design with a focus on both user needs and business objectives. 6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions to stakeholders. 8. Knowledge of HTML/CSS and familiarity with the development process is a plus but not required. 9. Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
