Experience & Background Minimum 8 to 10 years of professional experience in UI/UX design. Proven track record of delivering user-centric design solutions in complex projects. A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects with emphasis on usability, aesthetics, and problem-solving Technical Skills Expertise in UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite. Proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Hands-on experience with user research, usability testing, and incorporating feedback into iterative design improvements. Candidates must demonstrate robust proficiency in leveraging AI-driven tools such as Uizard, Rive.app, usegalileo.ai etc.. to enhance design prototyping and creative interface development. Experience in integrating these technologies into design workflows to optimize efficiency and deliver innovative solutions is essential. Methodologies & Processes In-depth knowledge of design thinking, Agile, and Lean UX methodologies. Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive user interfaces and seamless experiences. Strong analytical skills to leverage user data for continuous design enhancements. Collaboration & Communication Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Marketing. Proven ability to mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative, innovative work environment. Experience thriving in fast-paced environments while maintaining design quality and consistency. Additional Qualities Passion for staying current with the latest industry trends and design technologies. Strong problem-solving mindset and a creative approach toward design challenges. Ability to work independently as well as in team settings.
